Sunset

On Sunday night we grabbed beers (Paul and I...obviously), the cricket set and headed down to the beach to play and watch the sun go down. It was a bit nippy but beautiful and we had the beach all to ourselves....bliss!

The Bach

We stayed in a very simple bach but the location was brilliant. A very short stroll to the lovely beach. The dogs loved their 3 walks per day where they could dig to their hearts content and snack on shells.

Brotherly Love

Fraser loved drawing in the sand and writing his name. Joe thought it would be highly amusing to add some extra words to Fraser's name. Lovely children!

Surfin!

Kids had a great time in the sea. Bit too nippy for moi, even the dogs weren't keen!

Ohope Beach

We enjoyed a wonderful long Labour Weekend at Ohope Beach which is in eastern side of the Bay of Plenty. We had plenty of sunshine and the beaches were again extremely uncrowded. It was wonderful to enjoy some quality family time without the thought of assignments to get finished (they are all in). To all of our loved ones....we wish you could be here with us to enjoy!
