We can't wait to move on Wednesday.

Now I know this is a bit unusual but we were amazed by these toadstools. I thought they only existed in fairy tales. I kid you not the first day Joe and I saw them there was also a baby hedgehog walking past but we didn't have the camera.

Now it is lovely and warm in the day but nights go off a tad chilly...even Paul had taken to wearing pj's. He is relaxing with a beer, anyone would think he'd had a hard week at work!

This is me and Di. Di is Paul's Wife (another Paul incase you were thinking!). Paul works for Ward Chandler too and arrived in NZ 2 weeks before us. They have a son George aged 7. It has been lovely to enjoy the first few weeks with another family going through the same emotions. Thanks Di X

Joe and Fraser amused themselves for hours and not a playstation in sight!

Well today we had a fabulous time at Raglan Beach. It took an hour to get there and even the drive was a pleasure due to no cars and beautiful scenery.

This is a photo of Joe and Fraser before school.

Anyone care for an orange or lemon? They are a bit green at the moment but they will be ready to eat this Winter. These are in the back garden.

This afternoon we visited Lake Karapiro which is approx 3 miles away. It was beautiful. NZ hold the annual Rowing Championships on the lake. They were practising today. Apparently Joe is going to ask for a jet ski for Christmas and Fraser a boat! The words "dream" and "on" come to mind!

Here are some photos of around Fraser's School, in particular the hills which are in front. He starts at a country school called Goodwood on Monday.

The boys both played Soccer today, both scored 2 goals each and both received Player of the Day. They were chuffed to bits. Oh and both of their teams won. Apparently they wouldn't of without them!

Thought you would like to see photos of the boys schools.

These are typical views "awesome"

This is where we live at the moment

We also enjoyed a nice day out in Rotorua, yes it did smell.

Oh yeah and we bought a new car in Singapore. I would of rather had black.

Places of Interest

We had a great day at Raglan Beach which has black volcanic sand. Not bad weather for late Autumn/Winter. Joe was in his element bowling Fraser out!

Well we have been here for almost 4 weeks. Life is good so far with a few wobbly moments. The boys are settling in well at school and we have secured a rental for the end of May. Hope you like the photos. This is one of the boys doing what they do best, Nintendo DS and lollipops. This was taken at Singapore Airport whilst waiting for our connection to Auckland. 10 hours later, Fraser kindly left his device on the aeroplane for the cleaners.

Trying to add some photos

The Journey

Well folks, sorry about the last non-blog. A bit of a technical error stopped us adding to the last one. Hope this one proves more successful.
