We had another jam packed day out today. We all enjoyed Rotorua Museum and after lunch we made our way to the hotpools for a good soak. As you will see Dad enjoyed a lovely mud bath ha ha!

Maclaren Falls
Today was again very hot so we headed to Maclaren Falls and enjoyed a refreshing dip.
Dad and Bob
Dad had a lovely time staying with Bob who has lived in Tauranga for 30 years. Joe loved playing with "Woody", Bob's dog.
New Chums Beach
A 20 minute walk and we were at New Chums Beach which has been voted one of the top ten beaches in the world. The Narnia beach scenes were filmed here. It was fabulous and reminded us of parts of Greece.
Out of Water
We managed to run the water tank dry during our stay and Fraser's job was to climb up to check that the tank was empty.
Birthday in Waihi
Well I got my wish this year, a summer birthday on the beach. I had a fantastic day and didn't want it to end.
