A Cicada and Colourful Flowers

Trudy this is for you. I always think of you when I hear the noisy cicadas in the trees. They are starting to quieten down now. Some flowers for you too. I miss the spring time in UK. Hope the daffodils are starting to make an appearance and that you all have a fab summer.

Phew - it still fits!

As part of my learning I had to introduce myself to my base school and take something in 'about me'. As I have been working there since July '08 and they know me pretty well I decided to take in my wedding dress and photos. I asked one of the year 7 girls to wear it but the children were adamant that I had to also put it on so they could pretend to be bridesmaids. I panicked as I hadn't tried to wear it since 1995! This was one boys comments "Mrs Marsh, your husband isn't smiling on any of the photos, is this because he didn't really want to marry you?". Aren't they adorable???

The Grass has grown

Dad, these are for you. As you can see the grass has grown very well and these photos were taken a few weeks ago so it is even more lush now. Joe is a little concerned with the weeds that still happen to be growing. He has asked if you could come out and 'spot weed' please?
